The vibration training platform vibrates about 30 to 50 times per second (Hz). The vibration travels through the whole body producing muscle contractions in very small, rapid movements the same amount of time. Most traditional workouts only reach 40% to 60% of the muscles being activated, this safe method stimulates the whole muscular system at once. It takes 30 to 60 seconds to reach muscle fatigue without the repetitions, high impact or joint overuse.

Vibration Training

Vibration Training is the fastest, easiest and most effective way of toning your entire body.

How does it work? The vibration training platform vibrates about 30 to 50 times per second (Hz). The vibration travels through the whole body producing muscle contractions in very small, rapid movements  the same amount of time.

 

The oscillating platform creates an imbalanced situation, where the brain has to fire up all the muscles in the body in order to keep you stable.

We offer small group classes (maximum 3 participants), 1:2 and 1:1  trainings. The exercises  are tailored to your abilities and needs, aligning with your fitness-wellness goals.

 

Once you've selected a suitable membership, you'll be enrolled in our online booking system where you can easily handle your class reservations.

Do you offer Personal Training?

Yes, we offer Personal Training membership packages, Online Training and Corporate Memberships as well. Kindly contact us for more information.

Do you have to be fit to use the Vibration Plate?

No. The methode is suitable to any age or fitness level.

After gathering some information about you and your fitness-wellness goals, you can experience vibration training during an introduction session. Once you join us, we tailor the sessions to your abilities and graduallly progress from there following up with regular health and wellness reviews.

Are there any Vibration Training Plate contraindications?

Yes, a number of contraindications have been identified and suggested that individuals who have one of the following conditions should not partake in Vibration Training:

  • Kidney or bladder stones
  • Arrhythmia
  • Pregnancy
  • Epilepsy
  • Seizures
  • Cancer
  • A pacemaker
  • Recent implants (joint/corneal/cochlear, etc.)
  • Recent surgery 
  • Acute thrombosis or hernia
  • Serious cardiovascular disease
  • Severe diabetes
